Sit up straight with your shoulders relaxed. Slowly tuck your chin towards your chest, holding the position for a few seconds. Repeat 10-15 times.
Slowly rotate your head to the right, then to the left. Repeat 10-15 times in each direction.
Tilt your head to the right, bringing your ear towards your shoulder. Hold the position for a few seconds, then repeat on the other side. Do 10-15 times on each side.
