Always remember, that getting adequate sleep is an important part of physical health. So always take adequate sleep to get always positive vibes from you.

So, in my opinion, one should do daily exercise or yoga or any other activity besides work, which gives you relaxation. Start waking up early in the morning to perform any sought exercise. In the beginning, you will feel a little stressed about waking up early. But after some time you will feel more energetic, more enthusiastic. Also, your soul will feel happy every single hour of the day.
My key advice is not to make it a routine or anything else like a job; make it a habit of your life. I know this is weird but yes if you make it a habit. Then, you will convert it into your lifestyle more easily than a routine. Because the mind can ignore the routine but your habit is in which your mind loves that thing to do.
