YOGA

Most people who do yoga can also improve their physical personality and health, the goal of yoga is to reach a higher state of alertness. To achieve this, they eliminate yoga postures (asana), practice proper breathing (pranayama), perform reserve body gestures (mudra), and also do internal cleansing (shatkarma) by getting rid of emotional barricade on a person’s energy centers (chakras).
